Welcome to Bonney Lake Notary Services, your local notary based near Bonney Lake High School. We offer notarization services for all your documents. Including ones that most banks will not notarize. Mobile Notary is available to come to your location during business, evening & weekend hours. Regular Notary (no travel costs) available as well for evening and weekend hours!. We now offer Witnesses at our location!

Appointments : To book a Mobile Notary appointment, email our wonderful volunteer assistant Linda at bonneylakenotarypublic@gmail.com with your requested appointment timings and an address. We will get back within a couple of hours with the available appointments, and an estimated quote for travel costs if needed. Sometimes it may take us longer but we will usually always revert.
Just need a Regular Notary…and can come to our location?..we have appointments for that too!. Our location is near Victor Falls Elementary School (off Rhodes Lake Road) in Bonney Lake, in a beautiful community. Email across your preferred time & Linda will get you all set up with the time & location.
Need Witnesses for your Wills and other documents?. Let us know if you need upto two witnesses while making the appointment at our location. We can set it up for you, and the costs will be around $15 per witness for their time and effort. Witnesses get 100% of the payment, and can be available on weekends as well as evening hours.
Pricing: We do not charge extra for appointments outside business hours. Notarization is a standard $15 per document & if more than one signee..$15 per signature. So a document with two signatures will be $30. Additional documents with same set of signatures will be $25. Travel costs are generally around $15-$20 depending on where in Bonney Lake you are located. They are capped at $20 within zip code 98391. This also includes the Lake Tapps region. Other zip codes are at actuals and we can give you a quote. We have typically done Buckely, Orting and Sumner appointments in the range of $25 for travel fees. Oh..in case you are wondering why the notary fee is $15 instead of $10….it’s because the State of Washington recently revised notary fees to $15, effective from 22nd June 2024.
We also do loan signings. Average loan signing fees that include document printing/loan signing/ all notarizations needed/scan back (if needed) / Fedex shipping dispatch with prepaid label, are around $200-$250.
Payments We accept Cash, Credit Cards, and Venmo. We do not charge in advance. Payment is due during the appointment once all the notarization is complete.
